What's happening
As part of ongoing maintenance and rectification activities, kerbing remediation works will be undertaken on the bridge over the ARTC rail line on Victoria Parade, in the southbound lanes between Mackay Street and Flinders Terrace, in Port Augusta.
How this affects you
Works will commence Monday 19 January and finish by Friday 6 February 2026, weather permitting.
Works will be undertaken Monday to Saturday, between the hours of 7 am and 7 pm.
To ensure we can carry out these works safely, at times Victoria Parade southbound, through the area will be reduced to one lane for the duration of the works. Speed restrictions will also be in place to ensure the safety of motorists and work crews.
The footpath through the work zone may also be closed for several days during that period, with pedestrians and cyclists required to cross the Mackay Street and Flinders Terrace intersections.
